Like many movies of 2020, Black Widow has been removed from the publication schedule due to the coronavirus outbreak. While a new release date hasn’t been set, that hasn’t stopped fans from getting excited about the film.

Linda Hamilton’s Sarah Connor became an action star in her own right in Terminator 2: Judgment Day but she still played the second violin of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s cyborg. Terminator: Dark fate marked Hamilton’s return to the franchise, and this time she was at the forefront.
Not only does Hamilton always prove to be a real badass in the role, but she is also backed by Mackenzie Davis and Natalia Reyes who also turn out to be very good heroines. And, of course, Schwarzenegger makes a memorable comeback in this fun sequel.

Underground world is a horror action film that explores a centuries-old vendetta between vampires and werewolves. Kate Beckinsale plays Selene, a skilled vampire warrior who falls in love with a human being stalked by her werewolf enemies.
The inventive premise is a lot of fun and allows for plenty of monster-to-monster action. Beckinsale is a great action track and is very impressive in its many exciting fight sequences. While many sequels followed, none surpassed the fun of the first movie.
Saoirse Ronan is best known for her incredible dramatic work in coming-of-age stories and high-profile period films. Hanna has shown that she is capable of being a very good action star as well. The story follows Ronan as a titular young girl who was raised in an isolated desert by her highly skilled father (Eric Bana).
After years of preparation, Hanna is sent to the real world to find a CIA officer (Cate Blanchett) who wants him dead. The film is not only an exciting action flick, but also an interesting drama about a young girl presented to the world for the first time.
6 Wonder woman
DC managed to beat Marvel to the pack by delivering a big budget female-led superhero movie. The iconic Wonder Woman was brought to life in this Patty Jenkins film, with Gal Gadot playing the Amazon warrior who helps save humanity during World War I.
Gadot continues to prove that she is a great choice for Wonder Woman after her memorable Batman V Superman debut. Jenkins also impresses with its elegant action sets as well as a genuinely moving story that serves the legendary character well.
5 Mad Max: Fury Road
You might think that a Mad Max the movie would have its main character as the protagonist, but that’s not the case with Road of fury. Tom Hardy fills the role of Max well enough, but it’s surprisingly Charlize Theron’s Furiosa that takes center stage in this savage sequel.
The film follows Furiosa as she forms a difficult alliance with Max while trying to save the imprisoned wives of a tyrannical warlord. George Miller has created an insane and relentless action movie epic that is a visual masterpiece with some of the craziest stunts ever.
After proving that she was a true survivor in Extraterrestrial, Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) just to become a true warrior in Aliens. Years after the first film, Ripley is awakened from a cryo-sleep and joins a group of soldiers sent to explore the alien planet where the egg was found and which is now transformed into a colony.
The sequel replaced the first film’s tense horror feel with fun action and a memorable cast. Weaver is excellent as a more experienced and badass Ripley. She even landed an Oscar nomination for her fierce performance.
3 charlie’s angels
The classic TV series is fun updated with Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, and Lucy Liu playing the trio of skilled private investigators working for the mysterious Charlie. The film takes a light and fun approach to the premise and is aided by some excellent chemistry from all three protagonists.
The biggest surprise of the film is the quality of the action sequences. The actors all do a great job with the sleek and inventive fight sequences and it all comes together to make a really fun action comedy.
2 Kill Bill
Quentin Tarantino has teamed up with his pulp Fiction star Uma Thurman for creating this insane and bloody tribute to kung fu movies. Kill Bill finds Thurman playing The Bride, a former assassin who has been betrayed by his boss and left for dead. After waking up from a coma, she embarks on a relentless quest for revenge.
The film is packed with the kind of gripping dialogue and memorable characters you would expect from a Tarantino movie, but it also shows off its considerable action chops with stunning footage. Thurman is amazing as the unstoppable force at the center of the film.
1 Atomic blonde
Charlize Theron makes her second appearance on this list in this fun spy thriller. In Atomic blonde, Theron plays an undercover MI6 agent who travels to Berlin to investigate the death of another agent while trying to avoid the many people who want him dead.
The story of the Cold War is all about espionage, but when the action kicks off it’s pretty amazing. Theron behaves like a pro in brutal, complex, and exciting fights and makes him an excellent spy killer.
